ABOUT ME

Driven to Empower Change

Four years ago, I was going through a leadership program and working with a coach for the first time. I've always struggled with self-confidence — but session after session, this coach didn't hand me answers. She pulled them out of me. She helped me hear my own voice and start believing it.

It felt incredible. And it changed the direction of my life.

That experience taught me something I now build my entire practice around: we all already have the answers we're looking for. What most of us are missing isn't more advice — it's someone in our corner who can help us find what's already there.

A cheerleader. A trail guide.

Someone who believes in us until we can believe in ourselves.

I've been that person in some form for most of my career — coaching through my day job long before I called it "coaching," whether that meant helping teams execute under pressure or guiding people through workplace health and safety challenges that asked more of them than they thought they had.

Two years ago, I made it official. I began formal coaching training through coursework in Coaching Skills (PAC University), Coaching Practices and Coaching Conversations (University of California, Davis), and Coaching for Leadership and Change (Case Western Reserve University). I'm currently working toward my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

For almost the last year, I've been putting that training into practice — coaching people on the side, one real conversation at a time, and watching that same shift happen for them that once happened for me.

Today, I help people find personal direction and clarity when they feel stuck, uncertain, or like they've lost the thread of their own story. My job isn't to tell you who to be. It's to walk beside you until you remember.

If that sounds like where you are right now — I'd love to talk.
